Founded in 2006
Dean and Shari Bailey live and breathe perseverance. A
college student volunteering at Joanna noted, "This building
is big." Dean responded by saying, "I serve a big
God."
It is this mentality that is helping Dean, Shari, and their
volunteers renovate the largest Christ Central Mission
Station to date. The residents of Joanna were left in
desperate need when the mill closed. The town was left with
no central government, no civil services, and no direction.
Slowly, with the help of the townspeople and Christ Central
Joanna, the town is becoming whole again.
